Claim your facility's listing
Every Medicare-certified hospital, nursing home, home health agency, and dialysis center already has a CareRanks page built from federal data. If you work for one of them, you can claim it — free — and make sure it represents you well.
What claiming lets you do
- Add your logo — replace the generic icon with your organization's mark.
- Publish a short statement — up to 750 characters from your organization, shown in a clearly labeled "Supplied by the organization" section of your page.
- Correct your details — point us at the right website and phone number.
Every submission is reviewed by CareRanks staff before it appears, and organization-supplied content is always labeled as such. Claiming is free.
What claiming never does
Claiming a listing never changes a facility's ratings, quality data, price figures, or position anywhere on CareRanks. Those come from federal data and our published methodology, and no facility can pay — or ask — to change them. That's the point of the site, and it stays true for claimed and unclaimed listings alike.
How we verify you
You'll sign in with a work account (Microsoft or Google) or a one-time email code. Our staff review every claim — typically within 3 business days — and email you the outcome. Using a work email on your facility's official website domain makes review fastest. Personal email addresses (gmail and similar) are fine too; expect a request for supporting evidence.
